The project consists of customer information plus a telephone support hotline. Additionally the website offers detailed information for the removal of malicious software. The telephone hotline provides additional support for customers who are unable to remove botnets using the written instructions.

In case of a definite infection you will receive the telephone number of the Anti-Botnet-Advisory Centre support hotline from your ISP.
Please do not call the support hotline of your respective ISP.
